Memphis Made Brewing Co. is partnering with our good friends at Central BBQ for an Ale to Tail Beer Dinner this month.
This whole hog roast will be held Saturday, Aug. 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Central BBQ’s Downtown location.
Appetizers will be served at 6 p.m. and dinner service will begin at 6:30 featuring a Slow Smoked whole hog by Craig Blondis and classic Southern side dishes by Chef Marisa Griffith.
In addition to the whole hog, expect for pimento cheese tarts, green goddess deviled eggs, dill pickle fritter with comeback sauce, Craig's potato salad, Roger's hoecakes, succotash with fresh veggies, tomato pie and a mix of Central BBQ deserts.
These foods will be paired with suggested beers like Fireside, GonerBrau and Cat Nap and more.
It's been years since we've had an Ale to Tail Beer Dinner at Central BBQ and we can't wait for this one.
