Memphis Made is getting strange in May.
That’s because we’re participating in Strangewaze Wednesdays, a weekly happy hour in the Edge District.
Every Wednesday in the month will feature free food, cocktails, live music, and more. It runs from 5-7 p.m.
Memphis Made will be a part of this each week, featuring a new beer, Strangewaze, brewed just for it.
Strangewaze is a strange pale ale brewed with orange peel and spice. It’s a refreshing beer that clocks in at 5.4 percent ABV.
We’ll be set up in the parking lot of Orleans Station at 694 Madison Ave. There are additional happenings across the street at Triangle Park.
There are rotating food options each week, including Smoke & Ice, Sabor Caribe, Stickem, Rock N’ Dough, Vodoo Café, Fry Guy, Kayes Pints and Scoops, and Fresh Truck Coffee. Bands at Orleans Station include Screamer, KJ Mgmt and Doc Todd, 40 Watt Moon, and Raneem Imam. Triangle park will have DJs such as DJ Bizzle Bluebland, DJ Ayo Tunez, DJ Travi$, DJ Nico, and DJ Rhinestonee.
Axe & Chill have its truck at the festival each week, offering free axe throwing.
