It was an honor to present Sierra Nevada with a check on Sunday to benefit the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund.
This devastating fire burned more than 153,000 acres, killed at least 85 people, and destroyed more than 13,000 homes.
To help with the recovery efforts, Sierra Nevada Brewing organized the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund.
More than 1,400 breweries brewed their own batches of Resilience IPA and served it in their taprooms, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund. Memphis Made brewed up a 10 barrel batch.
On Sunday, Memphis Made owners Drew Barton and Andy Ashby presented Sierra Nevada area sales representative Derek Petrella with a $7,067 check. This is part of an effort which has led to craft breweries helping to generate more than $25 million in relief funding.
