The Memphis summer is hot. Thankfully, we make cold beer for a living.
We're getting out of the tap room a lot in June, so come out and enjoy Memphis Made beer in Cooper-Young or all around town this month.
This Saturday, June 3, we're happy to be the beer sponsor for Overton Park’s A Day of Merry Making again.
We're bringing kegs of Greenswarden Hefe and Fireside Amber to consume on a beer garden on the Greensward.
That same day, the tap room is hosting Believe Me: A Benefit Concert for Alyssa Moore. We're open 1 to 10 p.m. with music from the Incredible Hook, Crockett Hall, Los Phychosis, Static Bombs, the Margins, the Rough Hearts, Mystic Light Casino, and Linda Heck, with a chance of other artists dropping by. There will also be live comedy from Will Loden, Angela Garrone, Tommy Oler, Katrina Coleman, Jason Pulley, Benny Elbows, and Hunter Sandlin.
We're also supplying beer for Project Greenfork: Loving Local on at Old Dominic Distiller on Thursday, June 8. There will be kegs of Greenswarden Hefeweizen and Lucid Kolsch to help you get in the mood to celebrate all things local.
The next weekend, we're working with two Memphis institutions, Goner Records and the Stax Museum, to help make their annual Soulsville Record Swap that much more fun. We're brewing up a limited release bottle just for the occasion, so keep your eyes on our social media for more details.
We're hosting a record swap party at the tap room on Friday, June 16. The actual record swap will be 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 17.
Finally, also on June 17, we're bringing plenty of cold beer to the Outdoors Inc. Canoe & Kayak Race.
That's what we've got going on this June. Hope to see you in the tap room or around town this month.
