Although we're not even a month into 2014, we couldn't stop ourselves from trying new things.
We're currently dropping off kegs of our newest limited edition beer, Plaid Attack, for your enjoyment. Our assistant brewer, Alex Ball, helped develop the recipe for this Scottish beer.
This limited edition Scottish ale clocks in at 6.2 percent ABV. Its solid malt backbone comes from Marris Otter, crystal, chocolate and a dash of smoked cherry wood malts. This is balanced with a variety of UK classic hops to create a smooth drinking Scottish ale.
We'll continue to brew Lights Out and Reverberation until Spring. Also, don't count out another one-off beer before then. We just can't help ourselves.
